Which Branch is the Most Important?

We have been studying the three branches of the U.S. Government and the role each branch plays in creating laws for citizens. Each branch serves a specific purpose. Using the knowledge you have gained from the unit so far, which branch of the government do you feel is the most important? Please be sure to name the specific name of the branch and explain why you feel it is the most important. Remember, this is your opinion. There is no right or wrong answer

I think the legislative branch is the most important, because they make the laws. If we didn't have the legislative branch, no laws would ever be made and we wouldn't be safe. This is why I think the legislative branch is the most important.

The executive branch is the most important, because the president is in charge of the whole United States. He tells everyone what to do and everything, He's really important.

I think all the branches are important, because they all work together to make laws. If we didn't have all the branches then laws wouldn't be made. The legislative branch makes the laws, the executive branch approves the laws, and the judicial branch makes sure the laws are fair.

I think all the branches are important because they all have a different power.They all have the same amount of power.Cause if one branch is weak all of them will fall apart.

Welcome to our class blog! I hope you enjoy sharing your thoughts with the class! Each Monday, I will post a question regarding our government unit. You must respond to the question by Friday each week. You will be awarded five points per week for posting your answers. These points will go towards your Social Studies participation grade for the nine weeks.
